Myofascial Release Program

Immersive Experience

Are you ready to dive deep into your healing journey? Are you feeling stuck and unable to make any breakthroughs? Do you feel like you are spinning in circles? Have you missed out on important events or trips because of pain? If you’re ready for meaningful change, I have the perfect program for you.

I have designed an immersive experience that helps speed up your results and move you toward your goals faster.

Myofascial release is the most effective with regular treatment. Patients seeing the best results are getting a lot of treatment close together.  Receiving myofascial release starts to shift the structure that causes your pain, freeing you from years of unnecessary discomfort.

Frequently Asked Questions

Is this level of release a good thing for the body?

Yes, because all day you walk around stuffing down pain and emotions in the subconscious. So when your fascial system releases, the pressure is then taken off of the autonomic, peripheral, and nervous system which allows for authentic healing. In simpler form, this work helps move through the sticking points in the body faster. More treatment allows you to go deep within yourself and feel whatever comes up.

How should I prepare for my immersive experience?

You don't need to do anything to prepare but here are some suggestions:

  • Set an intention or goal for what you want to happen.

  • It can be helpful to journal about your experience. It might not make sense today but you may have clarity days or weeks later.

  • Keep an open mind.

  • Stay hydrated with plenty of fluids.

Can I hold space for emotions that come up?

Yes. I am not a licensed mental health professional and cannot offer treatment in that area but I am very aware of how emotions play a role in our physical healing. Some folks choose to work closely with a mental health professional for support. Myofascial release helps the body bring up whatever is ready. You are always in control of your session and will never be forced to do or share anything. However, I can hold space for whatever does come up. I believe the body needs to 'feel' to process and sometimes that happens in a session or days or weeks later. I think the beauty of myofascial release is that it meets you where you are without forcing. There is no pressure to have emotions or "big" things happen. Often, the smallest thing has the most profound result. It happens at the right time.

Flexible Payment Options

At this time, insurance is not accepted due to the limitations of treatment. Whether you prefer to pay by credit card, cash, or check, we have you covered. FSA/HSA are also welcome. The goal is to ensure that you can receive the care you need without any financial barriers.
